Nils read Dutch law at Tilburg(cum laude) and has been working as a lawyer at the Zuidas, a research assistant at the Supreme Court and a police investigator before joining Wladimiroff.
Nils specialises in corporate criminal law. He assists both companies and private persons in fraud and corruption cases and has extensive experience in the field of economic and medical criminal law. In addition, Nils advises on compliance and criminal risks for companies, whether or not as a result of an internal investigation. He also acts as a lawyer in criminal proceedings before the Supreme Court and deals with cases before the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR).
Nils publishes and teaches in the field of financial and economic criminal law and the Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (Prevention) Act. He is a member of the European Criminal Bar Association (ECBA).
