Inaugural Lecture by Joost Nan on “Modern Legal Remedies in Criminal Cases”

Joost Nan has been appointed as Professor of Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure, with a special focus on Financial and Economic Criminal Law (0.2 fte) at Erasmus School of Law, starting January 1, 2022, for a period of five years. The chair provides the opportunity to investigate financial-economic crimes within the criminal (procedural) context.

On 7 July 2023, he publicly assumed his position with an inaugural lecture titled “Modern Legal Remedies in Criminal Cases.”
