Max Westhof
Paralegal
Max obtained his Master’s degrees in Law and Philosophy, both cum laude, from Leiden University. He subsequently worked as a legal adviser in the criminal law division of the Rotterdam District Court, where he specialised in large-scale financial crime and cybercrime cases. Since September 2026, Max has been working as a paralegal at Wladimiroff Advocaten.
His years of experience within the judiciary have given Max a strong understanding of how judges and prosecutors are likely to approach a case. He draws on this insight when developing effective and well-considered litigation strategies. Thanks to his approachable manner and sharp legal mind, colleagues and clients alike enjoy working with him. Max is always focused on achieving the best possible outcome and, as a result, strives to make the most of every case, from complex financial crime matters to smaller general criminal cases.
